Rutger:
I will be pitching a use case to the upcoming BioHackathon in February: to flesh out the rdf serialization of TreeBASE (not much work at this point) and use a standalone version of TreeBASE as a semweb store of orthologues against the human genome and the trees those orthologues induce. This follow-up builds on what I learned at the VoCamp about aligning ontologies because it will combine CDAO, a TreeBASE ontology (to explain the different identifiers and some other TB2-specific concepts, I have a prototype) and an orthologue-annotation ontology (I'm interested in annotating trees+alignments with dN/dS ratios. Perhaps these would be stored in a triple store with in-links into TB2).
